1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar vinegar
1 fresh lemon squeezed (can substitute with lemon juice)
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons peeled fresh garlic – crushed
1 tablespoons pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon Mexican oregano
1/2 orange, sliced
1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped (no stems)
1/2 Bell Pepper (seeds)
2 jalapenos (seeds)
1 shot of Tequila
